About Us

We aim to win for Labour in Manchester, nationally, in Europe via ECOSY and internationally, through IUSY; as well as campaigning for labour values on campus at the University of Manchester and in NUS.

We believe that the values that underpin the Labour movement - democracy, equality, collectivism and social justice - are those that we need to pursue as a student movement to fight for a better deal for students and the society in which we live. Please get in touch if you would like to know more.

Labour Students (nationally)

Labour Students is one of the biggest political student organisations in the UK with members in colleges and universities all over the country.

We are affiliated to the Labour Party via Labour Students. Joining the Labour Party and Manchester Labour Students through them costs only £1 per year, but you can attend meetings without doing so, newcomers are always welcome!
